The / AetherBox

The remote machine, in one box.

A real Windows 11 PC and an independent KVM-over-IP console, sealed into a single unit. Deploy it once; run workloads on it, watch it, and rescue it — all over your network.

Inside the box

Two machines, one sealed unit.

The signal path

How you reach it

01 — Capture

It sees the screen

The console grabs the PC’s video directly from HDMI, up to 1440p — including BIOS, boot, and blue-screen states that software could never show you.

02 — Transport

It travels the wire

The image streams out over Ethernet to a browser. Adaptive resolution keeps the picture clean even on a marginal or long-haul link.

03 — Control

You take the keys

Your keystrokes and mouse move come back as emulated USB input. The machine can’t tell the difference between you and someone standing at its desk.

Footprint

Two machines. One box. Six inches.

A real PC and an independent console in a sealed unit smaller than a Mac mini's footprint — 6 × 6 × 2 in, just 1 lb.

Built for reliability

Everything the job needs — nothing on the target.

01

Out-of-band console

See, boot, and recover the machine no matter what state Windows is in. No agent to install, nothing to crash alongside the OS.

02

True keyboard & mouse

Input is emulated as a standard USB HID device — full control at the login screen, in firmware, and everywhere in between.

03

Crisp, adaptive video

Capture up to 2560×1440 at 60 Hz, with lower-bandwidth profiles that hold a stable image across imperfect networks.

04

A real computer

A genuine Windows 11 machine on an Intel N100 — run actual applications and workloads, not a locked-down thin client.

05

Your network, your rules

Reachable over plain Ethernet and happy behind your VPN or Tailscale. No cloud account required to sit in the middle.

06

Invisible to the target

To the PC, the console just looks like an ordinary monitor plugged in. No drivers, no special software, no fingerprint.
